The work he is most proud of during this time was developing efficient workflows for the Apple Retail Business Teams throughout Florida and Georgia, as well as serving as the Director of Ensembles (5 seasons) and Director of Marketing (9 seasons) with Infinity Percussion, a non-profit organization devoted to world-class competitive youth music performance.For 3 years Arthur served as the COO at RedFork Marketing, a marketing and design agency that supports small and medium-sized brands. During this time, he managed various business administrative tasks including accounting and bookkeeping, internal workflow strategies, HR responsibilities, as well as developing introductory sales relationships.In 2019, Arthur founded AGMG in effort to develop an entity to support his business consulting services. He is a Certified Gusto People Advisor, HubSpot Solutions Partner, and QuickBooks ProAdvisor, specializing in creating structure and establishing focus for entrepreneurs and organizations in creative and cultural industries. When working with clients, Arthur strives to improve productivity, enhance brand quality, and achieve business revenue goals.Arthur is currently a Partner, Co-CEO, and Executive Producer with Oxenfree Film & Motion, an award-winning visual storytelling company that helps brands connect with their audiences through cinematic films and motion graphics. He is the President and Film Committee Chair of AAF Orlando, remains an active Partner with RedFork Marketing, and continues to support select clients with business consultation services via AGMG.Formerly, Arthur served as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee Chair of AAF Orlando, a D&I Committee Member of AAF District 4, and the Secretary of Snap! Orlando.
