I am a very experienced manager and senior developer with many years experience in software development and leading programming teams. I currently love working with Django, Python & React.Working many years as senior developer I know Django inside and out, worked with middleware, database optimization, Celery task queues, REST APIs, GraphQL and connecting it to a various frontend frameworks (but love working on the backend). I have worked from Greenfield projects to scaling systems to tens of thousands of sessions.I have worked 11 years at Microsoft leading software development teams for very large and complex projects, started and run my own software development businesses and worked at Internet startups.Experienced in all phases of the software development cycle, including team recruitment and hiring, software development, project planning, testing, release management and support. I have trained junior engineers and interns, lead standup meetings, handled bug writeup and triage, recruiting, hiring and firing of engineers and growing software development teams.As a full-stack developer I am skilled in both front-end and back-end development as well as dev-ops. Developed everything from assembly language software on embedded systems to device drivers, network sniffers, version control software, content management systems and e-commerce websites. Experienced with C, C++, Java, Python, Django and Javascript and have built and released mobile applications.I am passionate about producing great software and love owning projects and making sure the code quality is high and deeply care about the customer experience.
