Served as one of 5 mechanical systems engineers that assigned, monitored, and scheduled intense work of a 15-member West Test Area-Mechanical Technical Team, with a total of 100 team members. Planned and prepared Test Preparation Sheets for maintenance, reconfiguration and tracking requirements of the Main Propulsion Test Article Facility.

Promoted to manage fast-track turnaround assignments within the Administrative working group, managing the Test Laboratory’s Historical Records Archive Project that involved supervision/monitoring of 25 team members (civil and support contractors). Created a library of smart sheets detailing a variety of Top Quality structural metallic mechanical properties of aluminum, nickel, steel and titanium superalloys. Assigned to design an in-house Nuclear Propulsion Materials Laboratory. Selected to observe data as it related to a laser net shaped stainless steel project, as well as, evaluating multiple fatigue properties of titanium welds. Simultaneously charged with leading the laboratory’s Reliability-Centered Maintenance Initiative, Risk Management Investigation, and other key directives. Developed and authored broad range of laboratory plans, including IT Acquisition Security Support, Communications, and Master Testing Documents.

Served as principal designer and developer of an off-site/outsourcing Electronic Fabrication Facility to support the manufacturing group’s expanding outsourcing requirements. Held multiple roles that included Manufacturing Planning Engineer, Assistant Planner and Scheduler, Facilitator for Fabrication Corrective Actions, Internal Lead Auditor, and Outsourcing Manufacturing Monitor.
