About Arthur Jardim

I am a Food engineer, recently graduated from the MSc Food Identity, which is focused on origin and quality labels for agri-food products. My academic experiences range from scientific research to internships in process engineering and project management, followed by a 3-year professional experience as a Project Leader in production and supply chain optimization in a food service company, during which I have done a specialization course in Project Management.With a solid food science and technology background, an analytical profile, and a hands-on spirit, I am very concerned by social and environmental issues, and particularly interested in sustainable development solutions for tackling challenges of the agri-food sector at both local and global levels.Sports, community building, multiculturalism, foreign languages, food systems, coding (VBA and Python), music and cinema are some of my personal interests.
