From an energy perspective his experience entails bids for base-load generation facilities, power plant facilities, coal-fired power plant projects, hydro-electric projects, solar, negotiation of power purchase contracts and the certification and sale of renewable energy credits. Art has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America Registry in the Energy Law, Environment and Litigation-Environment category for 25 consecutive years. He is also rated in Band 1 for Natural Resource Law by Chambers. Art is also an Adjunct Law Professor at Marquette Law School in which he teaches an energy law course.
