Test and evaluate all facets of fire-resistance-rated construction and material flammability. This includes the design, management, and analysis of testing and research projects. Conducted standard and custom design fire testing in accordance with nationally and internationally recognized test standard and codes. Performed building and fire code analyses to achieve acceptance of construction assemblies by code authorities. Developed unique jet fire apparatus to evaluate the fire performance of passive fire protection materials used in the offshore industry when subjected to extremely high heat flux levels and erosion loads. Conducted internal research program to modify jet fire test procedure to include a procedure for testing insulated tubular sections.
