The project lasted 19 months with a team of 45 people and was managed using the traditional methodology, thoroughly controlling the risks and timeline, resulting in successfully delivering the project on time and according to the budget and scope agreed upon.Using agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban), I managed several projects of development of new products and services, digital transformation, and continuous improvement, which increased the company’s competitiveness in the market. Responsible for forming and developing multidisciplinary teams to conduct performance improvement endeavors (applying BPM and Lean), establishing the size of each sprint and its speed, controlling the results through Kanban and burn-down, and maintaining the alignment of the value delivered with the managing director. Thus, it was possible to achieve results unattainable until then: improvement of more than 200% in quality indicators, an increase of 53% in productivity, and saving of over R$ 500,000.00 in 2017, in addition to directly achieving the satisfaction of customers (NPS improvement). All these resulted in increased operational efficiency by 20%, raising the overall turnaround time rate to 95%. Responsible for team development in routine management and spreading the knowledge of Lean and Agile philosophy, managing changes in organizational culture in favor of synergy between teams.Budget planning and control (Capex/Opex), defining guidelines, and unfolding strategic KPIs to departments.
