Arthur has over 20 years of experience with identifying, handling, packing, and disposing of both hazardous and non-hazardous material/waste. Helping clients and other stakeholders with waste characterization and waste profiling needs. Arthur has over 20 years of experience helping clients with their training needs for OSHA as well as focusing on training needs for Environmental based regulations, requirements, and procedure's. Arthur has worked on facility oversight for Air Quality, Water Quality, SWPPP, and SPCC requirements as well as Project Management oversight and CQA. Arthur has educational studies in the Fire Sciences, a Bachelors in Environmental Science with a Legal Degree in Environment Policy and Administrative Management. Arthur has served as a Board Member for Iowa Rivers Revival and sat on their Policy Committee. Arthur also served as a Board Member for the Walnut Creek Watershed Coalition and sat on their Events Planning Committee. Participated in a Adopt A Stream Program and was a team leader for multiple stream cleanup events. Arthur has also been a member of the Product Stewardship Institution, for an Iowa Policy Focus Committee group. Focusing on new Stewardship Programs and policy within the state of Iowa. Over the years Arthur has been a part of many teams and committees that have focused on establishing new environmental programs, policy's, and services within the state of Iowa. Programs ranging from House Side Household Hazardous Waste Collection, Bio-Fuel Recycling, Water Quality, Air Quality, Conservation Policy, and pushing for new Recycling Stream opportunities that were not available in the state of Iowa.
