-Manages database of assigned channel partner dealer relationships at the ground level to grow partner sales and grow wallet share of Sunnova products-Grew dealer WIP from zero to $12,801,201.29 in revenue within a 12-month time spanServes as the primary point of contact and consultant in sales strategy, product offerings and process training to grow Sunnova’s overall business into the following new markets Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Kansas, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Minnesota-Works collaboratively in development of marketing and sales strategies with the dealers to drive operational efficiencies, from origination to in-service of Solar, Solar + Storage, Accessory Loans and other PV / Sunnova products-Negotiated multiple volume and exclusivity agreements with dealers to grow wallet share for an estimated 5,000 system projects in a 3-year time period-Worked in collaboration with the business development team with on boarding new dealers, ensured a smooth hand-off for training and leading the dealer into a successful partnership with Sunnova-Daily monitoring of sales progression and system installations from origination to in service, in collaboration with internal teams (ie - Dealer Support, QA/QC, IT)and the In-service team) to troubleshoot issues and drive a positive dealer experience-Regularly works in conjunction with Executive Leadership, Marketing team, Learning and --Development team, Lead Generation team, Service and Maintenance team, Supply Chain to support dealer challenges, train and coach to achieve maximum output and accountability for reaching daily goals-Manages and documents daily correspondence with dealers and their internal teams to identify, research, and resolve dealer issues using analytical skills and salesforce client relationship management tools
