- Assemble composite beams per technical manuals for Boeing 787-8/9 aircraft.- Performs all types of repairs, including surface repairs and rebuilding parts. Ability to assemble all kinds of parts and use all kinds of assembly fixtures, hand, mechanical and pneumatic tools, templates, gauges, measuring instruments and safety equipment, sanding, surface preparation, fill and fare, application of primers, clear coats and paints and identification and preparation for inspection and shipment.- Record and maintain records such as production manufacturing instructions and SPC charts.
