As a Cybersecurity Student at Collin College, I am passionate about programming and protecting data and systems from cyber threats. I have earned two certifications; CCNA: Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials, and NDG Linux Essentials certification. In addition to my academic pursuits, I have been working as an IT Help Desk Intern at Behavioral Health Group - BHG, where I provide technical support, system imaging, and remote user support to over 200 employees across multiple locations. I have successfully resolved various issues related to hardware, software, network, and security, and I have received positive feedback from both internal and external customers for my professionalism, efficiency, and customer service. I have also gained valuable experience in working with a diverse and collaborative IT team, and I have learned how to communicate effectively and respectfully with different stakeholders.
