I am an experienced Enterprise Architect with a substantial background in the technical aspects of SAP system landscapes. Throughout my SAP career, I have held customer-facing roles in our field organization (Consulting, Chief Customer Office, and Presales) and have significant experience in system landscape planning & design, global/distributed instance strategy, change/release management & planning, and applying Enterprise Architecture principles to solve customer problems.In my role as a Presales Enterprise Architect, I support the VATs of my assigned customers by helping address architecture-related topics during their pursuits. This tends to include any RISE pursuits, as well as a variety of cross-solutions topics, such as security and integration. I also try to act as a "voice of the customer" in internal discussions, given my experience in our customers' world of delivering IT projects and keeping IT systems running.I am a "lifer" at SAP, I love this company, and I believe very strongly that what we do matters. Some tech companies exist to sell advertising. What SAP provides--tools and innovation for business process execution and automation--is vitally important to the world. SAP enables the businesses, government agencies, and nonprofits of the world to do more with less, to serve their stakeholders better, and (hopefully) to solve the problems faced by humanity in the 21st century.
