I am just graduated of a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management at the Institut Paul Bocuse, France. I chose to enter a Hotel Management School further to several positions in different hotels and restaurants which confirmed my vocation. My managers have always appreciated my willingness and autonomy. Indeed, during my internship at the Plaza Athénée, I took on a number of extra night-shifts in order to replace absent staff during a busy period. I have been consistently reliable during my practical and theoretical projects, motivating other team members and working hard to convince sponsors to work in partnership with the Institut and to invest in various initiatives organised by students in our gastronomic restaurant and other spaces.My analytical skills have evolved greatly, not least from a human resources perspective in the recruitment and training of staff, but also in my use of financial statements. Concrete actions during my most recent internship allowed the restaurant to generate extra income.
