As Acquisitions Manager at QUBE Property, Arthur is focused on sourcing and negotiating investment opportunities for existing, income producing assets that provide regular holding income and value-add potential.He is highly proficient in the preparation of financial models for potential acquisitions, negotiates and prepares contract documentation, leads QUBE’s in-house due diligence and manages consultants for third-party investigations involving any new acquisition - all the way from inception to settlement and finally, handover to property management. In this role, Arthur is also involved in the capital raising process, including the preparation of the Offer Document / Information Memorandum, as well as liaising with and presenting to internal and external stakeholders such as QUBE’s preferred financiers. Arthur was employed in the valuation profession between 2006 - 2018 and offers experience in most property classes including commercial, industrial, retail, residential development, rural, specialised agricultural and leasehold interests. Most recently, he spent almost four years at Colliers International as Associate Director within the Valuations and Advisory team where he provided valuation and advisory services to core institutional clients, primarily across CBD office and retail assets. High profile clients at the time included Brookfield, Mirvac, Charter Hall and Investa. In his final year, Arthur valued in excess of $6 billion worth of assets, including some of the largest assets in the Perth CBD. His addition to the QUBE team as Acquisitions Manager now adds significant capacity around the sourcing of investment-grade assets that can provide QUBE investors a secure and regular income stream.
