With five years in renewable energy, I advanced from intern to partner within my first year at age 22. I executed over 215 solar projects, managed R$10 million in resources, and achieved annual savings of R$3.8 million for clients. My company operated for four years, overcoming challenges such as the pandemic in the first year, legislative changes in the solar market, and the constant pressure of tight deadlines that could result in losses due to additional energy costs.During this period, I led over 25 team members across various multidisciplinary teams and attribute my success to my background in Mechanical Engineering and my MBA in Business Management. Each year had a different focus: in the first year, I was involved in operational tasks; next, I expanded the internal team; and later, I structured processes to scale the business, including process mapping and tool development. In 2023, due to my dedication to configuring workflows, I was recognized as a power user of ClickUp, awarded to the top 10% most active users. The results of 2023 experienced a significant slowdown due to legislative changes, with the second quarter seeing a decline of over 67% compared to the previous one. In 2024, I strategically chose to pause my operations to return to the tech industry, where I worked on developing predictive data models in 2018 during my college days. Now, I want to leverage the reduced cost of cloud computing and increased computational power to lead technology teams. Utilizing my four years of business management experience, I aim to develop process automations and build ecosystems that enable businesses to implement data-driven strategies or solutions involving machine learning and AI.
