Designed and implemented the database and data warehouse architecture at SWBC. Became leading expert in the EDW/BI space. • Reviewed, suggested and implemented improvements to the data architecture processes, policies, and vision, and explored new and emerging technologies. Led the investigation and adaptation of beneficial data architecture technologies and tools and implemented strategy, development, and implementation of an Enterprise Data Model and strategy development for usage of Operational Data Stores.• Designed next generation AWS data architecture and data migration strategy, to address organizational challenges of data integration across products. • Responsible for the IT 340B process at CaptureRx. Served as bridge between IT and Operations, providing technical leadership and architecting new solutions and adding to existing solutions. Lead effort to increase processing from 5K claims over 700K claims per day, from a non-scalable system designed to do <20K claims per day. This effort required a lot of code enhancements as well as redesigns. Used SQL Server 2008 R2.• Continuously analyzed data to better inform the business as to feedback on system, setups, processing, new client or pharmacy results, as well as existing client health. Developed tools for Operations to predict new client outcomes. This included getting data requirements, designing the Key Performance Indicators, writing stored procedures and SSIS packages for loading data, reporting, and KPI aggregation for front-end dashboard display.• Lead team of 8 as the implementation and support of new features in the existing system as well as new systems for Operations.• Added new features to system that increased untapped revenue to CaptureRx by over 20%. Was the SME as the BA and BI for a new 340B vertical for the company. Specified and architected this solution that allows current clients and new clients to be more-compliant in the 340B space.

Successfully specified and implemented new requirements to large software bundle for a National Bank that included interfaces for SQL Server (SQL Server 2000 and 2005), PC clients, WEB clients, Phone modem-connected clients, and server-to-server connections. Maintained web applications in ASP.NET and .NET 1.1 and 2.0. Used C#, Visual Studio 2003/2008, and tools like Developer’s Express, VS2003 & 2008, Team Foundation Server, and SourceSafe.As "Microsoft Identity Lifecycle Manager" (ILM) team lead, created functional design specs (including specifying software and hardware), implemented the development system, wrote, tested, debugged, and deployed the Production solutions of ILM. System included developing and deploying code that “synchronizes data” from HR MS Dynamics system to Active Directory (and other software like Exchange, SQL Server, etc.) and vice versa. Included getting and implementing technical data from the client and working with other engineers to make sure correct and complete solution was deployed.
