Customer Solutions Architect
CurrentSME, and head of implementation best practices for Amperity's proprietary customer data ID resolution tool (Stitch).- Serve as the escalation point for all implementation resources working with the Stitch portion of Amperity- Write and revise implementation best practices and reference architecture patterns for ID resolution and Amperity Stitch- Design and maintain testing templates for validation of billion-row data assets- Partner with product and engineering teams on roadmap, feature design, testing, and adoption- Create training programs and run trainings for new hires and customer-side users.In addition to this I serve as the implementation design architect for Strategic Amperity accounts, specializing in complex designs of our ML / AI based ID resolution tool (Stitch) which builds an identity graph of customer records, using first party data, in a human-like why. Responsibilities in this capacity include:- Customer facing interactions: educating clients on our solution and roadmap at a stakeholder/VP level- Requirements gathering and design: Meet with client representatives and Amperity account executives to create design documents and scopes of work for new implementations.- Write and publish design best practices, audit existing implementations for correctness and adherence to best practice.- Build and validation: Configure the tenant and write unit tests and integration tests to validate configuration changes and designs. - Integration design: -- How do we publish an identity graph from Amperity to downstream users correctly? -- How do we create an immutable set of keys within an identity graph database? -- How do we enable technical and non-technical end users to make use of a graph database for the customer data needs?The majority of design work in Amperity is done using Spark SQL scripts and views, I am also responsible as an escalation point to audit and optimize Spark SQL code.
