I have more than 35 years experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in project management and estimating. Over the years I have refined my communication, interaction, and relationship-building skills, which has helped me to provide excellent customer service to Architects, Contractors and Building Owners. With leadership skills I’ve acquired during my military service, I have provided planning, prioritization, delegation, direction, and guidance to all team members. I’ve been resourceful and innovative in problem-solving, able to troubleshoot and resolve disputes, and monitored quality control to complete the project on time and within budget.
