GOVERANCE AND BUSINESS ASSURANCEResponsible for management of services contract with LIME/FLOW & Cable & Wireless for 10 Eastern Caribbean countries as Head of Operations Assurance and main escalation point for these countries.• Maintained and exceeded installation and maintenance KPIs and SLAs for mobile, outside plant, fixed lines, broadband, WiMAX, cable TV. • Regular customer interfacing with target adjustments and pricing negotiation • Internal Group coordination with Field Services, Project Management, offshore GNOC, Optimization, RF Engineering, Finance, contract management, HR, and legal • Monthly, quarterly, and annual internal business and budget reviews with finance to improve efficiency• Disaster recovery rebuild of Dominica, oversight of installation of PBX, phone lines, broadband customers, corporate and governmental DASOPERATIONAL HANDOVER & IT MANAGEMENTLead transition of broadband/fixed/tv staffing and services from Ericsson to customer for the Eastern Caribbean region including corporate and island IT management• Transition of field services employees to customer; identification of top performers, roles, and negotiations with customer management• Knowledge transfer and operational information for IT , Security platforms, and tools integral to business function to the customer; organization of timelines, travel agreements and recommendations for staffing hires• Ericsson representative to customer for all IT and Security concerns and issues• Met all KPIs and SLAs for IT and Security; weekly and monthly review meetings with customer
