Board-Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon with over 30 years of experience as a Physician committed to the delivery of quality and compassionate health care to my patients and community.I am currently a Partner with Resurgens Orthopaedics PC (Atlanta, GA) - Georgia's largest Orthopaedic Surgery Practice. I am on staff at Emory University Hospital - Midtown (formerly Crawford Long Hospital) and the Atlanta Medical Center. My Orthopaedic interests include General Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine (treatment of pediatric, adolescent, and adult athletic injuries), Arthroscopic Surgery (Shoulder - Impingement, Rotator Cuff Tears & Instability + Knee - Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL), & Meniscal Tears), Arthritis Reconstructive Surgery (Total Shoulder, Hip & Knee Replacement), and Trauma (Fracture Care).After graduating from The University of Michigan Medical School (Ann Arbor, MI), I completed my Orthopaedic Surgery Internship & Residency training at Henry Ford Hospital (Detroit, MI).In addition to treating patients, I have served as a high school Team Physician and worker's compensation consultant, authored medical articles, presented research at national and international conferences, and have appeared as an Orthopaedic expert on CNN Cable and local television news programs.
