Art developed Vertical-related sales solutions based on knowledge of the Vertical and needs assessments gathered by interviews with clients.His role was to penetrate the Healthcare Vertical in the Southeast Texas area. Much of this role is to access new accounts. He also skillfully and professionally managed new and existing accounts.Art mainly focused on winning new business, utilizing proven sales methodologies in tele-prospecting, canvassing, and referrals. He is Motorola trained and certified in radio, RFID solutions, and wireless broadband solutions.Products Art worked with were Land Mobile Radio devices and solutions, and Enterprise Mobility Solutions.One of his most outstanding achievements was in 2010, Art was at 133% of quota.Houston 2-Way Radio is an Authorized Motorola 2-Way Radio Dealer, Authorized Motorola Federal Agent, Authorized Motorola State & Local Government Manufacturer’s Representative, and Authorized Motorola Service Shop (MSS). Art was a Senior Account Executive with USA Mobility for the last 9 years of his employment, focusing on Healthcare and Enterprise customers. Before becoming a SAE, he was a Wireless Product Manager, a Major Account Specialist, and Retail Manager.He received many annual accolades as being part of the President's Club. In addition, he was awarded Sales Executive of the Year for 2007. He was a consistent achiever of Gold Sales Excellence Award.Art orchestrated the largest Cellular/Blackberry sale in the history of the Company in 2007, a 3000+ unit sale to a large Healthcare provider. Managed the sale, from presenting a Solution and opening dialogue, to deployment of units.He focused on developing Sales Strategies and Tactics within a given Vertical Market by researching the Vertical, interviewing targeted employees within their company, and implementing Strategies based upon a potential Solution.
