Technical Lead responsible for ongoing development, support, performance, upgrades and roadmap of Lawson Finance and HR applications and technology in a UNIX environment, interfaces to dozens of vendors and other internal departments and systems, 200+ global end users, product line maintenance, SOX certifications, PII, audit and the support of the Lawson business analysts, developers and production support team. Technical Lead for the Lawson 8x to 9x upgrade. Monitor and administer file systems, directories, log files, print files, and work files. In conjunction with the DBA team, manage the database environment.

Administered and maintained Lawson financial systems 8.0 for over 30 end users in the Finance Department, including all troubleshooting, end user support, laua security, cyclical application and environmental upgrades. Technical Lead for the Lawson 7x to 8x upgrade. Used Sql Navigator, Oracle Sqlplus, Business Objects / Crystal Reports and Excel to analyze and report Lawson data. Used UNIX, Oracle, and Visual Basic to develop and maintain interfaces. Used 1099Pro to electronically file Lawson 1099 data with the IRS.

Administered all facets of the Lawson Financial Systems. Managed installation, cyclical upgrades, patches, Security Officer duties, Desktop Client Administration, Forms Printing, UNIX, Informix Database Administration, Data Conversion, Interfaces, Systems Modifications and end user support.Accountable for EDI X12 and MBA translation, data integration and inbound and outbound processes.
