- Responsible for the dialogue between stakeholders and the technology team; - Identify opportunities in the customer journey and propose improvements; - Backlog management; - Product Discovery; - Support in building the product roadmap, defining priorities, writing and creating user stories;- Project development acting with the tech-lead and QAs in testing, bug fixing, and participating in ceremonies such as Planning, reviews and daily; - Alignment of communications with the areas involved and impacted users about new features / bug fixes;- Report of results and indicators of the product to the company.
