CurrentAt Ruuster, a visionary Real Estate Startup, I'm the VP of Engineering in charge of all product development and engineering, onboarding, and product delivery. I hired and built up our dev team, we then built our SaaS application from the ground up, pivoted a couple of times, and found our real market fit. From there, we started growing to having deployed dozens and dozens of client apps in the app stores with thousands of active users and over 300k of monthly web/app page views in less than a year (2023)! I am responsible for the execution of the tech vision of our company by leading the engineering team, the onboarding and operational support team consisting of product refinement, feature/functionality rollout, engineering architecture, performance, system resiliency, client onboarding, bugs (and their fixes) and finances relating to the tech and support team. Ultimately, my teams and I are responsible to ensure that clients’ apps and applications work as intended while constantly working on improving user adoption and their success (using our software) as the ultimate goal. I love working with our sales team to learn from them and gain insights to improve and create capabilities to further drive adoption. Fostering a positive work culture, listening to client feedback (good and bad), enabling and empowering their success, improving (processes and ourselves as individuals and parts of a team/org), and driving industry innovation are very important to me.
