I take pride in building a team that feels valued, supported, and appreciated, resulting in an environment where everyone loves being a part of the journey.As the head of engineering, onboarding, and product delivery, I am involved in all of the technology based capability and functionality aspects that are critical to the execution of our company vision, short and long term goals. With sales, I often discuss feedback from users (love feedback!), ideas that will benefit our end users, integration ideas, and generally any ways that our tech org can support them in their critical task of new sales and user adoption.Throughout my journey, I have faced and conquered numerous challenges, from building innovative features to proactively tackling client issues. One of the most rewarding experiences has been creating a fast, robust, and scalable property listing search architecture that can accommodate millions of listings from various MLSs. Every challenge fuels my passion for growth, and I constantly seek new ideas and insights from those on my team, those around me, the market as a whole and from industry trends.Looking ahead, my aspirations go beyond my current role. I aim to contribute to other projects, guiding them in the right direction and mentoring others to embrace effective team leadership, app buildout, and celebrating success.
