As Sales Operations Manager I’m responsible for managing the full sales cycle. This includes for example optimising the CRM-system (Salesforce), inspect and advise about the Sales Pipeline and lead pipeline reviews with Sales. In this role I report to the Commercial Director of Visma | Raet. Most important in this role is to create a high adoption among users, create efficient processes and make sure valuable insights and reports can be created based on data in Salesforce. In order to do this I engage with different stake holders from different business departments, draw up plans for optimisations and try to be the bridge between the business, IT and management.

In this role I was manager of the Inside Sales and Sales Operations Team and part of the Sales Management Team. I was responsible for the day-to-day management as well as HR responsible. The team consisted of seven team members. In this role I was responsible for the SME customer base of Visma | Raet, Lead management and Sales Support. On the Sales Operations side I was responsible for managing our CRM-system (Salesforce) to have a correct sales administration and efficient processes. Additional responsibilities:- Draw up of year plan of team- Stimulate growth of team and team members- Implement new lead management/generation process together with Marketing and Sales- Help implement new CPQ system for sales- Optimalisation of processes within CRM-system - Managing changes/implementations with relevant stakeholders of different business lines

In this role I was responsible for the day-to-day management of the Inside Sales Team and shared HR responsibility with my manager. I was also responsible for the larger Inside Sales customers. This was a combined role between daily management of the team and customer account management. It’s here that I development real management skills but also kept developing myself in a customer facing role.

As an Account Manager I was responsible for a set of customers concerning their customer satisfaction, upsell and contract extensions as well as generating new business leads. Additional responsibilities:- Cold calling- Nourishing existing customers by, for example, providing demos of our software on location of the customer, negotiate pricing/new contracts and being a point of contact for questions- Resolve issues concerning service or products by consulting relevant stakeholders at customer and internal organization- Discuss wishes, requirements and changes in the software with customer - Managing different stakeholders at the customer as well as in the internal organisation

During my student time I’ve had different side jobs. For example, I did voluntary work as a debt counselor for a municipality organization, I worked as a salesmen for a DIY-shop, I was a research-assistant for a PhD candidate and I worked as a courier for DHL.
