Winn, assumed the role of CEO to start 2015. After finishing in the top of his class at the University of Pennsylvania, Gilbert worked for more than two years at Related Capital Company in New York City, where he originated and implemented more than $150 million of equity investments in various projects throughout the United States.In 2003, Gilbert joined WinnCompanies, where he spent eight years making a significant impact for WinnDevelopment specializing in the development of multi-family housing. In the last four years, he prepared for the role of chief executive by refinancing a significant portion of our portfolio and being involved in every aspect of company management with our executive team.
