Senior Network Technician
As a Senior Network Technicians, I oversaw the Network Technicians, answering any questions they may have. If they could not find a solution to an issue, they would pass it to me to help them find a solution. As well as being a supervisor of the Network Technicians, I also assisted the Network Technicians with any task and filled in when necessary.

For the DSL side checking the connection at the NID, installing additional filters if necessary and doing testing with the carrier. As for the Wireless this included site surveys to see if the customer could get service, signing them up if they wished and doing troubleshooting if they had any issues.
