Arthur was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. His career first began in the United States AirForce where he served as a Special Operations Medic. Shortly after his enlistment he beganworking in one of LA’s busiest Trauma Centers as an ER Paramedic for 12 years.In 2006, while working night shift, Arthur grew frustrated with his work uniform aka “scrubs” anddesired a more performance-driven uniform similar to something Nike or UnderArmour wouldmake. He then conceptualized the brand and came up with the name FITScrubs, which henever let go.In 2014, Arthur finally committed to his idea after realizing the growing demand for highperformance uniforms and formed his company, FITScrubs  Inc from his garage while attendingundergraduate studies at California State University of Northridge (CSUN) obtaining a degree inCommunication studies.After three years of R&D he had developed the medical industries first high performance, alloybiocidal fabric called evrpur  which is permanently effective against hospital bacteria thusassisting in reducing the spread of cross contamination in health care settings.In 2017, FITScrubs  went to market and quickly gained popularity in the medical workforceshipping his medical scrubs to every US state and 40 countries across the world in the first sixmonths.After quickly realizing his product had market traction, Arthur relocated his company and homein 2018 to Albuquerque, NM with his wife of 16 years, and 2 children. He expanded hisoperations and now has a store/headquarters located in Rio Rancho. He tenaciouslybootstrapped and scaled his brand to a seven-figure company in 2021, managing asophisticated near shore production model, raising capital, organically growing his social mediapresence to an audience of over 100k followers and has fitted over twenty thousand customersto date on something that all started with an idea.
