Mindlance, Inc’s staffing division is a recruitment-centric organization focused on providing talent acquisition services (both IT and non-IT) in the Technology, Engineering, Clinical, Scientific, Finance, Marketing, Professional and Payroll Management arenas to clients across the US, Canada and India.• Working as a technical recruiter and handling all IT technologies requirements for Technical clients from junior to director’s level of positions.• Effectively recruited Information Technology professionals for major Fortune 500 companies and delivered according to their requirement.• Activities Doing Recruitments for across IT industry segments, Resource Augmentation and Deployment experience in Full Life Cycle of Deployment of resources through Partners, Web portals(dice, Monster, C2C, career builder etc).• Daily Full-cycle technical recruiting (source, screen, interview candidates, negotiate rates/Salary) and resume management in Software Consulting IT Industry.• Well versed with job portals like Dice, Monster, C2C and Career Builder, etc.• Making cold calling, passive recruitment, initial and a quality screening of candidates, reference checks.• Regular follow-up with the candidates and Account managers till the purchase order is achieved.• Having strong understanding about the US IT recruitment, 1099, W2, Corp to Corp, contract to hire, TN Visa, H1B, EAD etc.• Short listing the Candidates and arranging interviews, reviewed all resumes, identified potential candidates and prescreened them using a questionnaire.• Dealt and Placed with almost all types authorized consultants such as Citizens, GC, TN Permit, H1-B, EAD, and also Placing H1-B’s on our payrolls.• IT careers recruited for:RF, Modem, Field, .Net, VB, ASP, C#, Data warehouse/ETL, Database Developers, DBA's, SAP, QA/Testing, C++, Unix, C, Oracle Apps, Peoplesoft, Reporting tools, Middleware, BA, PM, System Admin/Network, Web/Internet, SFDC, Mobile Application Etc.
