About Gilbert A Darrell
Entrepreneur, Technology and Emergency Services I started my career after high school opening a small business in Information Technology which grew into a leading consulting firm on the East Coast. I have consulted with major Fortune 500 Companies in various IT projects all over the United States, gaining valuable experience and helping push along major projects these firms were implementing. Separately my career for Emergency Services started at the age of 14, through the Boy Scouts Explorer program, eventually earning my certification as a New York State Fire Instructor with over 20 years experience. To complete a degree Emergency Services and Homeland Security I went back to college in 2011 and I am completing a degree in Emergency Management, while also obtaining my Para-medicine education in 2011. Coupled with my extensive business experience I am excited to continue offering unique abilities to my customers.As of 2022 I am the Founder and CEO of Horizon Communications, a new telecommunications company in Bermuda leveraging fixed wireless technology as the new age of internet service to the country. I also started Bermuda Air Ambulance which provides fast and immediate service to the USA and Canada for those critically ill.My current companies bring together capabilities in Information Technology and Emergency Services to bring unique and strong services to our customers.
