I'm a designated problem-solver who likes to simplify anything complex while always trying to make someone's day or problem easier and put a smile on their face. I try to accomplish this goal every day. My name is Artiom Kvasha and here's my professional story:I graduated in 2012 in Urban Planning from Fanshawe College before coming into a sales role with Addella. I quickly realized my strengths which allowed to develop a new role within Addella where I was able to create and implement various systems and processes across multiple departments. During my tenure with Addella, I developed various professional relationships within the organization and fortune 500 companies ranging from telecom to merchant processing. Over time I was able to graduate (professionally speaking) and establish my own company where I provided business optimization systems and financial savings across clientele that were self-sourced.In late 2020, I was offered to join one of Canada's largest outsourced sales companies at Inkeros with the uniquely cool opportunity to help expand and build the compensation & data department. At first, it was me and one member on my team handling bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reporting, and anything/everything associated with numbers. Over time, we were able to expand the team to 4 and utilizing SCRUM methodology, we were able to simultaneously manage multiple projects, create reporting dashboards, and source a CRM that was needed for our company's purposes.
