I schedule, arrange and design graphic novels and trade paperbacks as well as any special projects that might need special handling. My position requires a great attention to detail, the ability to communicate and execute a multitude of ideas and concepts in a limited amount of time as well as present the final product to outside vendors and clients. I am required to have and maintain proficiency in many computer programs including but not limited to the most current versions of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. My position requires me to have a keen eye for consistency to ensure that the final product has an overall unified look and feel.In addition to those duties I handle booth operations and logistics prior to and during trade shows and conventions. This includes ordering and arranging for the transportation of necessary materials to and from the event center by maintaining a professional working relationship with outside suppliers and vendors, as well as arranging travel and accommodations for staff if the event calls for it. I am also required to coordinate the attendance of freelance professionals and non-freelance staff at each event in order to ensure an enjoyable experience for fans of our product and a profitable experience for our company while ensuring the safety of all company personnel. It is up to me to make sure that all personnel adhere to a schedule in order to maintain an effective event operation. I am also entrusted with the secure transport of large sums of money, both to and from the event center as well as maintaining a record of sales activity.

I was responsible in supplementing the students exposure and education in the arts by effectively integrating their day-to-day schooling with a specialized curriculum designed by myself in conjunction with the guidelines of the Sports and Arts in Schools Foundation. Part of the curriculum consisted of assisting the students with the completion and comprehension of schoolwork alongside the schools teaching staff. In addition to these duties, I also assisted in the day-to-day managment of the Sports & Arts in Schools program at PS 89 in the Bronx. I was one of three assistants to the program director at the school. Our duties consisted of arranging a set of educational and engaging activities for the students to participate in. Our program consisted of students ranging in grade from K-8. While my assigned group was K-1, I was occasionally called upon to help the other assistants with their students. There were times when I was called upon to defuse several violent and volatile altercations between students and at times in which students were threatening staff members.

I was responsible for filing and organizing a database of past and current cases and clients. I was also responsible for filing papers and affidavits with local courts in preparation for upcoming cases. My duties required the maintaining of a high level of confidentiality due to the fact that many of our clients were high profile companies and organizations as well as select government agencies within New York City.
