As the Internal Revision Manager I am responsible for reviewing, supporting, and enhancing anything and everything within the company. I oversee all aspects of the organization including sales, culture, marketing, finance, operations, and HR along with managing each department leader throughout the company (8 individuals). I have lead the establishment of our organization's mission, vision, and core values alongside the management team and ensured the entire company contributed to these principles that guide our daily behaviors and decision making. After growing revenue almost 30% in 2022 on top of the 25% growth the company had achieved in 2021, I oversaw the purchase, renovation, move, and process improvement to our new company location between June 2022 (purchase) and April 2023 (move-in date) which doubled our warehouse and office space and greatly improved our operational efficiency and ability to grow into the future. I lead the hiring, process build-out, marketing, and personnel development of the plumbing department between 2022-2023 which has created an entirely new profit center for the company without any type of acquisition or consultation cost. In 2024 we moved to an entirely new CRM, along with accounting and HR platforms in order to improve our customer and employee experience and maximize growth and efficiency into the future.
