- Business development: Executing interior projects at one or more customer sites, liaising with design consultants and the sales team, and managing relationships with architects, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.- Conducting client meetings and overseeing project deadlines and work completion.- Recruiting and contracting company and project staff.- Ensuring projects adhere to schedules, construction budgets, and installation schedules for all aspects of the interior design project.- Managing the technical aspects of the project, including the selection of finishes and fittings.- Managing the review, approval, rejection, and resubmission of specifications and samples to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.- Maintaining the integrity of client and vendor files (documents, analytical information, communication notations, etc.).- Providing general oversight and ensuring accuracy of records, including assets and inventory.- Assisting in the development of forms and tools to increase company efficiency and manage risk.- Ensuring accurate documentation of production and quality control data and records.- Directing and overseeing site production activities and personnel.- Overseeing and ensuring high safety standards at all times.- Directing production activities to ensure safety and compliance with quality control standards, regulatory compliance, and lease agreements.
