Oversee a departmental budget of ~$17.0MM and manage related functions of workload planning, forecasting, reporting and trend analysis of >17mm customer contacts and a ~15.7mm customer base. Enhance the Customer Experience to strengthen the brand loyalty and lifetime value of our customers. Responsible for the upsell program with annual gross revenue stream of $600M. Oversee partners handling customer telephone calls (~1.2MM calls annually) and mail (~16MM pieces annually) to ensure that all quality, policy and service-level requirements are met or exceeded. Manage all activities related to the procurement and management of Fulfillment partners in North America, including selection, evaluation, contract, price negotiation, service standards and unit cost performance.
