- Make sure that all crews are properly trained and following the guidelines to succeed with their daily projects and with client’sexpectations.
- Be proactive supporting the teams with staffing issues, by keepingclose communication with other associates and recruiters, implementing motivational resources such as retentions and referral bonuses and posting Ad’s.
- Submit quality reports, sign-offs and time sheets based on the client needs, by using management platforms such as Pronto Forms / Epay.
- Design and carry out action plans to bring trouble sites back on trackin a timely manner.
- Create a consistent communication with all Store managers andAssistant Store Managers by sending periodical recaps and updates which have highly improved and built a strong partnership between Bluechip-Pros and Boscov’s.
