I am a highly motivated wireless communications professional with more than 18 years of working experience in international organizations and in the areas of New Radio (5G), MTC, NB-IoT, LTE-Advanced, LTE, HSPA and WCDMA. In the recent years I have been working as a standardization delegate in 3GPP RAN WG1, TSG RAN, RAN WG4 and on algorithm design. Earlier I had been working on algorithm design where my focus had been mainly on receiver physical layer functionality. I have experience both in project and line management.
