Main responsibilities: Working with unsealed food or drink handling, processing, preparing, or serving line, and touches food or food contact surfaces.Transporting food or food containers, engages in food preparation or service, coming in contact with food, utensils, and equipment (other than food in unbroken protective packages).

Cleaned and sanitized work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware.Stored food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.Prepared a variety of foods, such as meats, vegetables, desserts, according to customers' orders or supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures.Took and recorded the temperature of food and food storage areas such as refrigerators and freezers.Worked in a group and can operate industrial sized machines and kitchen equipment.Cleaned and closed store nightly, communicated with a store manager regarding supplies and machine maintenanceWashed, peeled, and cut various foods, such as fruits and vegetables, to prepare for cooking or serving.

Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer.Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms ,warehouses or storage yards. VerKeep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisor.Provide assistance or direction to other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers.
