Our goal was to produce more targeted, accessible and higher quality business information to help the organization make more data informed decisions. I collaborated with multiple business stakeholders to enhance and streamline communication and Lean-Agile processes in order to build trusting partnerships and more open and efficient feedback channels. I coached and trained individual BI engineers on a variety of personal and professional development issues in order to develop a more effective and engaged employee.

During my tenure, I also managed and administrated the legal specific MS SQL relational database, TimeMatters, resulting in a reliable, up-to-date system with negligible downtime during business hours.
