Digital Support And Maintenance Manager
CurrentPrimary responsibilities include:• Support and Maintenance Manager takes charge of the management of Supportand Maintenance projects, as well as delegating tasks and reporting on theprogress of the team• Tracking open support issues to resolution• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on support metrics• Establishing and enforcing procedures used by technical support representatives• Training, coaching, and supervising technical support staff• Managing the technical support schedule• Approving and tracking time off• Providing email, web-based, and sometimes phone technical support to customers• Documenting, researching, resolving, and responding to issues• Deployment co-ordination• High level of responsiveness to the needs of customers• Ability to meet daily deadlines or else manage them appropriately• Communicating project issues and resolution to the internal team and client clearly• Identifies opportunities to grow sales with existing clients• Managing internal processes
