• Partnering with Sr. Director of Anaplan Sales and Planning to improve and implement an Interactive Commissions Earning Simulator in the Anaplan platform for 200+ employees for the go-to market salesforce • Developing an exhaustive cross-functional model for sales and finance including a Deal Simulator for end users to track, analyze, and project sales to strategically align the goals of Anaplan and the AEs• Devising a What-If analysis to provide end users with a platform to project Target Commissions and generate required NNACV amount based on Tiers and Commission Base Rates• Leveraging Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for an efficient and secure data flow to the end user and connecting Anaplan’s new user experience (UX) to ALM to support the process • Completing Certified Anaplanner and The Anaplan Way training.• Presenting model and use cases to the CEO, CFO, and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)

• Led an increase in asset turnover by leveraging more lenient credit arrangements from suppliers with no substantial increase in bad debt expenses by renegotiating with each supplier• Identified and decreased overdraft credit of ~17%, which subsequently decreased cost of debt without affecting operations• Negotiated and successfully decreased rent payments of ~6%, while maintaining same square meters in operations• Established financing for business expansion into a new line of operation (medicinal gases), without significantly affecting financial ratios or additional burden to debt expenses• Prepared financial outlook and financial forecasts on a quarterly and annual basis and prepared financial reports in conformance with regulations • Analyzed monthly financial and operating performance against budget and informed management of suggestions for improvement
