Corporate Director Of Franchise Operations-Training-New Store OpensThe Halal Guys Inc. 2016 - Sep 2021Astoria, Ny, UsI was recruited during the concept’s infancy to analyze the business and then develop and implement foundational operational systems where none had previously existed. In just one-months’ time, I introduced controls, processes, training, and programs that are currently utilized by 90 franchise stores across 14 states. In this role, I directed all corporate operations comprised of our restaurants, commissary, distribution warehouse, push carts, and coffee carts in a 24/7 working environment while managing a corporate team of 25 Managers, seven Trainers, and 175 NYC-based employees. I helped conceptualized and applied a comprehensive training program, Operations Manual, cash controls, checklists, temperature logs, food/labor cost systems, mystery shopper program, and a quality control assessment to monitor food, service, and cleanliness. As a Corporate Director of Franchise Operations, I effectively collaborated and communicated with 14 franchise groups across the country and internationally . I work with all New Franchise Owners and New Markets in order to train everyone effectively to run our brand successfully. I also helped construct cost effective in-house programs for use by franchisees nationwide and clearly communicated each program’s value-added, purpose, and financial impact to garner franchisee buy-in.
