Stephanie Kim is CEO of ARTSCLOUD. She is developing an art-specialized metaverse platform to support artists and to create a new ecosystem for artists combining art with technology. She hosted the first ARTSCLOUD Digital Art Fair in 2022, where around 3,000 works from 52 countries were submitted. 100 global artists were selected from there and introduced globally. She has launched the beta version of the platform in November, 2022 with the 100 artists and is now calling artists and curators for the second ARTSCLOUD Digital Art Fair, which will be hosted in the metaverse. She is currently focusing on cooperating with global companies, festivals and residencies to connect the global art market and providing global opportunity to artists, expanding the ARTSCLOUD business and maximizing domestic and international synergy. These efforts include the Jeju Biennale held in ARTSCLOUD metaverse in connection with online and offline, where she was able to showcase the works beyond the spatial limit of the island. Furthermore, she is collaborating with Video Citta and starting the global business. Before joining ARTSCLOUD, she was a respected manager in the field of cultural program planning, with 9 years of experience. She was a founding member of UNDER STAND AVENUE, a complex cultural space and was in charge of various projects including festivals, exhibitions and management of tenant startups.
