• 1. Designed and Led the successful implementation of a Continuous Testing transformation project for a top-5 European Retail Bank's Digital Banking portfolio combining both Functional and Non-Functional testing:
• It resulted in Test Automation coverage increase of 45-50% within 3 months and became an integral part of the portfolio's CI/CD;
• Introduced Test Management Toolset (Jira Xray) closely integrated with Test Automation achieving 100% Testing Traceability with automated reporting capabilities across the portfolio;

• Acted as a sole Project and Delivery Manager on multiple product-development projects. My main accomplishments include:
• Implemented a data-driven Scrum Delivery Process for a Web & Mobile Product (2 streams, 10+ members). This increased the team's sprint velocity by 20-25% with improved quality;
• Increased Project Transparency by introducing regular demos and project status reporting based on Delivery Metrics. It raised the key stakeholders' NPS by approx. 50-55% (which made it no longer negative!);

• Led the implementation of Test Automation across EPAM's internal projects, designing and adapting Test Strategies and Frameworks for various testing types including Web UI, Web Service, Contract, Performance, and Big.
• Successfully integrated Test Automation into neighbouring projects' CI/CD process using tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Managed a team of 10+ SDETs, overseeing their compensation, career growth, project assignments, and providing technical mentoring resulting in three team members progressing from Junior to Senior Engineers.
