Responsible for all administration functionality for Lotus Notes/Domino. ◆ Conceived, designed, and lead the implementation and delivery of the Domino Administration client, a rich client that allows Domino administrators to easily monitor & manage their hundreds of servers and thousands of end users using policy-based management. ◆ Our team also designed & delivered a web-based Admin client, as well as many server-side admin utilities that automated Domino administration. ◆ Development included multi-process, multi-threaded applications that run across several different platforms.◆ Represented our team by presenting our work at several conferences, including the annual Lotusphere conference where I regularly presented multiple talks to audiences in the hundreds. Met with customers regularly to gather feedback, discuss roadmap items, and help them get the most from our offerings.
