I was a a process owner of creating and distributing new Journal Templates to our financial teams every month. The rest of my responsibilities included:-Solving issues reported by users on our internal systems and SAP.-Assign/modify existing access to SAP system users.-Answering phones from divisions located in Poland/UK/India/Germany.-Microsoft 365 Administrator. Mostly assigning licences to new users and creating/modifying projects.-Training of newcomers in our team.I have also participated in a small testing project where I checked the configuration of new laptops and provided a feedback about instructions for users.

I had been the younger cook responsible for preparing breakfasts, lunches and also helping the lead chef cooking dinners. It was a rich experience for me mostly because the work was hard, under high pressure and... heat. Our air conditioning system broke down so it was about 30-35 degrees in kitchen. However thanks to this job I have learned strong communication skills (indispensable during dinner time when waiters come and call for 50 meals for now) and what I really enjoyed - how to work with international staff (americans, mexicans, hungarians even indonesians).
