I have launched and successfully manage a network of service spaces Coworking Atmosphere (https://co-atmosphere.ru ), carried out the reconstruction of the historical building to create a modern service office.- development of a new project strategy;- negotiating with potential tenants, working with brokers, agreeing on the tenant's technical specifications (GBA 38,700 sq. m.);- planning, monitoring and reporting to the group;- support of all business processes after the launch of the project: operational management, HR management (30+ employees), financial analysis, communications with the group and key partners;- construction of 2 new locations with a total area of 12,500 sq. m. (all stages from concept development to launch);- completed a project for the reconstruction of a historic building in the center of Moscow (GBA 15,000 sq. m.): concept development, renovation of the facade, reconstruction of all engineering networks in the building, reconstruction of halls of the building, creation of a new management company;- participation in the development of a brand book and website;- budgeting, control and communication with the group on budget items;

- Opened successful store POINT Coffee&Food in Moscow;- Took part in all stages of the project (from concept development to realization);- Opened successful store of Irish Coffee House chain in Moscow;- Created marketing and HR strategy (salary plan, motivation program), met the franchiser requirements, bargained with suppliers, organized the process of redecoration, organized participation of the store in main food festivals in Moscow;- Reached operational profit after 5 month since opening.
