− Provided administrative support and content recommendations for a large-scale medium-term internal assignment aiming to define strategic organizational targets until 2020. The project included the cooperation with an external consultant, and entailed the collaboration of over 60 FMO employees;− Conducted a research on global Climate Business finance trends (i.e. green investments) with a focus on identifying new business opportunities for FMO in line with its newly adopted strategic goal for 2020 (i.e doubling the impact while halving footprint). Was responsible for the analysis of sustainable agricultural finance market. The analysis included the study of the latest research data, activities of commercial investors, donors, and international financial institutions (with a preliminary focus on sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and green lines provided to financial institutions);− Performed other tasks in line with the priorities of the Sustainability Department, including continuing cooperation on an academic research paper initiated during work on the master’s thesis.
