Head of OMODA - JAECOO Aftersales for Spanish Market

-Parts sales business development and Service Operations for the Stellantis Dealers and EuroRepar Car Service network in an assign region of the Spanish market. -Lead and inspire the regional Zone Managers team. -Ensure operational standards are implemented and followed for best-in-class Customer Experience.-Lead the network development of Eurorepar Car Service.

-Ensure FCA network meets Customer experience standards coaching the field team of 10 people and developing customized action plans for retailers.-Responsible for Parts Sales & Operations for Spanish market. -Aftersales business analytics. -Identify commercial opportunities to develop network internal and Independent Aftermarket Sales (IAM). -Define network targets and Commercial Policy. -Identification and reporting O2C issues. -Ensure network parts stock for a correct service level.

- Retailer After Sales Operations- Customer Service Experience- Ensure JLR Customer First principles are applied on a consistent basis- Develop specific action plans based on local strategies - Ensure JLR Aftersales targets are met- Workshop capacity analysis- Advise on Technical Talent acquisitions and technical training plan- Advise on Workshop tooling and infrastructure investments- Supervise Workshop KPI's- Work on a continuous improvement environment

-Support Dealers on a quick and precise diagnosis reducing repeated failures, repair costs and improving customer experience with Jaguar LandRover brand.-Bridge between Retailers and JLR Engineering.-Vehicle quality continuous improvement - Critical Concerns Management Team-Help technicians managing technical documentation as electrical schematics, repair procedures and technical bulletins.-Manage technical repair times with Retailers-Responsible for specific models launch in both markets, following JLR protocols.-Support Retailers on hardware and software issues of the JLR Diagnostic tool.-Audit warranty repairs on a technical point of view, helping warranty department reducing costs with incorrect repair procedures.-Identify technical training needs on JLR Retailers network.-Technical visits to help technicians on vehicle diagnosis, audit repair procedures and JLR special tools standards.

- Advise on best vehicle repair practice helping Dealers to achieve "Fix It Right First Time" Brand Philosophy- Manage to make Technicians reach best repair times- Identify Training needs- Ford (IDS) Integrated Diagnosis System Tool Hardware and Software Technical Helpdesk
