Dental Medicine Doctor, with clinical practice at the Dental Office of Escariz, in the municipality of Arouca, and at the Dental Clinic of Carregosa, municipality of Oliveira de Azeméis, where he still works. Between 2016 and 2020, he was part of the Pilot Project for the Integration of Dentists in Primary Health Care of the National Health Service in Montemor-o-Novo, ACES Alentejo Central at ARS Alentejo. During this period, he collaborated with ARS Alentejo, using his health management and consultancy skills in the implementation of the project in the region. He holds a Master's Degree in Geriatrics from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Coimbra and postgraduate training in Health Services Management from the Catholic University of Portugal and the Coimbra Business School, currently teaching at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the Fernando Pessoa University. He was a member of the Council of Young Dentists and collaborated on several projects on behalf of the Portuguese Dental Association until June 2020. Currently he's a Board Member of the National Association of Liberal Professionals and a Deputy in the Municipal Assembly of Arouca.
